This is a summary of the rules for using the enCAST website. By using the site, you agree to follow these rules.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Who Can Use the Site #

You must be 18 or older to use the site on your own.
If you are 16 or 17, you can use the site only with a responsible adult who helps you apply to castings.
No one under 16 years old is allowed to have a profile or apply for jobs.

When you join, you get a username and password. Keep them private.
If someone else gets access to your account, let us know quickly.
We may block your account if we think someone else is using it without permission.

Basic site use is free.
You can subscribe to get extra features.
Payments are handled securely by companies like Stripe or Paddle, etc.
We do not store your payment details or have access to your credit card details.
Payments are recurring subscriptions. This is clearly shown on the payment page.
Refunds:
- You can ask for a refund within 48 hours.
- We will keep a small fee (up to €5) for processing costs.
- No refunds are possible if you have used the site features or waited more than 48 hours.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your benefits will continue until the end of your paid period.

enCAST owns the content it creates on the site. You own the copyright to your materials.
You must have permission to upload any content (photos, videos, audio, etc.).
If you upload something you don’t have the right to, you are responsible, not enCAST.
We can remove anything that breaks our rules.

Sometimes we link to other websites.
We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content.
