When you join enCAST with a paid subscription, you can use all parts of our website to help your acting career.

You will pay automatically every month, 3 months, 6 months, or once a year — depending on the plan you choose.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no extra fees or penalties.

Important: If you cancel your subscription, your account will not be deleted. It will change to a Free Actor account. Free Actor accounts still have access to many features. You can upgrade again whenever you want.

How to cancel your subscription #

Even if you cancel your subscription, you will stay on the paid plan until the end of the time you already paid for. After that, your account will change to Free Actor.

Example: You buy a 3-month plan on January 1st and cancel on January 2nd. You still keep the full 3 months and stay a paid actor until April 1st. You will not be charged again after that.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to enCAST.
2. Go to Edit Profile and click on the Account Tab
3. Scroll down and click on Your Subscription
4. You can cancel your description here
